It has an OBDII port under the dash but could not find any other diagnostic port. That was the only code they couldnt clear but gave the computer a good bill of health and said nothing was wrong. We took the pcm out of the truck and sent the pcm out to have it tested/checked in case it was the pcm shutting down the starter from the engine over speed since that was when all this started. The 2 red wires at pcm pins 52 & 53 have constant power and pin 62 has power in the run position.
The starter relay and its wiring are fine, I can add power at the relay to the orange/black wire through a test light and the engine cranks over but does not start. The ignition switch is good-power on the yellow wire in start position and both blue wires have power in the run position. Now the truck will not turn over with the key. Guessing that was from to much oil in the intercooler. Shut the ignition switch off and the engine revved for about 5 seconds and shut down. We started the truck and it was idling and smoking heavily, raised the rpms to clear it out a little and it started to rev way to high. Replaced turbo, exhaust down pipe and changed the oil. Bearings gone and leaking oil into the intake. Did a favor for one of our good customers and replaced the turbo since it was bad.
